Manufacturer of sustainable construction materials seeking Production Supervisor in Bendigo

**Your new company**

An Australian owned company, established in 1985, that manufactures sustainable construction materials in their production facility located in Bendigo.

**Your new role**

Our client is looking for an individual who is dedicated and a natural leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Role involves:

- Ensuring the Assembly Team is engaged and involved.
- Instructing other team members.
- Providing clear and accurate daily production reports to Factory Manager.
- Duties on the production line as required.
- Carrying out quality inspections on finished products.
- As this is a Trade based role you will be required to be hands-on.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience in assembly and manufacturing and leading a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to read and understand working drawings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst executing decisions and maintaining a focus on safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong leadership experience and attributes
- The ability to learn new equipment, technology and processes.

**NO **drug & alcohol policy which must be passed to secure employment.

**MUST **pass daily alcohol breathalyser testing prior to work commencing.

**MUST **pass Medical and Physicals before commencement of work.

**WILL **be provided with on the job training.
