**About the role**

This role will be based in our Belmont office and you must have the following skills:

- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service
- Administrative skills '“ organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Computer literate
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge '“ including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Punctual and reliable
- Well-presented and articulate
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and to a deadline (high volume of phone calls)

**About You**

To be successful you will ideally have:

- RTO/Industry experience
- Sales experience
- Year 12 completion and/or previous work experience/other qualifications
- Positive and friendly approach when working with customer enquiries
- Capability to work under pressure and remain calm and helpful in a busy working environment and assist staff
- Ability to control and monitor a filing and archive system and understand that confidentiality is paramount, when dealing with training assessments and enrolment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
