**About the role at Aware Super**

The Internal Communications Specialist role partners with the business to source and shape the delivery of timely and effective content across an array of channels to engage employees with the organisation, leaders, and each other. The role leverages, and essentially owns planning, design and delivery of, a multitude of internal channels - from written, digital, in-person to visual - which all aim to inform and inspire our people, to contribute to employee engagement and ensure our people are aware of initiatives across our fund. Leaning on metrics to understand what is driving engagement of these channels is also a key factor. In addition, the role looks to support the uplift of the Internal Communications function and our channels with a cultural alignment and best practice approach.

We are looking for passionate and creative writers who are willing to get hands on to deliver great content. You will be a forward thinking, natural storyteller, with the ability to easily convert complex information into relevant and engaging narratives and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys juggling multiple themes in any given working day.

**Responsibilities**
- External Communications Development - Create, edit, and distribute content across a range of platforms that engage and inform a target audience
- Communications Strategy - Plan and execute the communications strategy that align with the goals of the company
- Internal Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with leaders and internal teams to ensure messages align with business goals
