Head Barista - Proud Mary Café, Collingwood

Join our Melbourne flagship, built on a love of coffee, people, and hospitality. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee program and inspire our team in Collingwood.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the barista team on and off the machine
- Showcasing and brewing some of the best coffees in the world
- Training, mentoring, and supporting baristas to grow their skills
- Working closely with the café leadership team to deliver a world-class guest experience
- Driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every cup

What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Strong experience in high-volume, quality-focused café environments
- Proven management experience with strong leadership and training skills
- A calm and supportive presence on bar
- Someone who values teamwork as much as coffee craft
