Venue Supervisor - Flour Bar, Moss Vale

Flour Bar is an expanding establishment known for its quality products and excellent service. We're looking for senior staff to help maintain and grow our business.

**Job Description**:
As a Venue Supervisor at Flour Bar, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the venue
- Supervise and lead staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Assist in staff scheduling and training
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Support the growth and development of the business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or café setting (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, days, and evenings as business needs require (mostly days)
