**Purpose of Position**:
Hexagon Mining in partnership with our client will deploy and operate a world-first fleet of 120 fully Autonomous Road Trains to carry ore 150km to the Port. Hexagon Mining have an exciting opportunity for an Autonomous Training Supervisor to join our team full-time in Western Australia on this cutting-edge Autonomous Road Trains project. The appointed individual will lead a small team and be crucial in establishing and maintaining a Training and Competency management system, delivering high-quality training to all roles in our Autonomous Operations Team.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Establish and enforce a procedure for maintaining and updating training, licenses, and competencies required for employees
- Create and maintain a Training Needs Analysis for all roles including key areas of Autonomy System Operation, Safety Procedures and Protocols and Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Develop user manuals, guides, or online documentation
- Deliver training sessions or webinars
- Conduct verifications of competency particularly for high risk tasks
- Facilitate storage and control of all training documentation for reporting and auditing compliance

**Knowledge and Experience - Required**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116/TAE40122 minimum or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a training/assessor role in an autonomous mining environment.
- Advanced written, oral and presentation skills
- Advanced Doc Control experience
- Current C Class drivers’ licence
- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol testing
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Current National Police Clearance, issued within the last twelve months

**Knowledge and Experience - Desired**:

- Proven experience leading a team of trainers and assessors
- Knowledge of mining regulations and core safety procedures

**Travel**:

- This is a Perth-based role that will require regular travel to Onslow particularly as the project moves into deployment and then operations.
