**About the Role**

This pivotal role will provide leadership and training expertise to ensure training initiatives are aligned with operational goals and delivered effectively across our Australian operations.**What You'll Bring**

You are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for training and development. You bring a strong understanding of operational environments, training systems, and project management.
- Tertiary qualifications in training or teaching (desirable).
- Previous Training Leadership experience leading a team.
- Proven experience defining training requirements in operational or mining environments.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Familiarity with OHS legislative requirements and risk assessment processes.
