**Heavy Duty HD Fitters**

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Heavy Duty Fitter to commence in a local fabrication workshop role or FIFO work on a 2:1 or 2:2 FIFO roster for a long term contract to permanent role.

**About the role**:
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance activities are completed to schedule, whilst performing breakdown repairs, servicing and major overhauls on mining equipment, light vehicles, and ancillary equipment as required.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate previous experience maintaining mobile plant equipment.

**Essential Experience**:

- Versatile across a variety of mobile plant equipment,
- Demonstrated minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, breakdowns & performing major plant overhauls on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi & Liebherr equipment.
- Solid experience in diagnostics, problem solving and fault finding in a timely manner.
- OEM experience - highly desirable
- Full Australian working rights
- Full machine rebuilds

**Qualifications & Applicant Requirements**:

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Australian Drivers License
- High Risk Work License - LF WP (Desirable)
- Working & Heights and Confined Space (Desirable)
- Provide a National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & Drug & Alcohol Screening.
- Be able to provide 2 x work references from most recent employers.
