**The Role**
Cundaline Resources is currently seeking a
**Heavy-Duty Fitter** for FMG’s Pilbara Solar Farm project, FIFO (from Perth) into the Pilbara/Mid-West region. They will provide hands on mechanical servicing to heavy-duty mobile plant with mínimal supervision and work with other Fitters on large-scale projects. Carrying out equipment inspections, systems testing, diagnosing of faults, servicing, repairs, and keeping accurate records of all preventative maintenance works.

**Requirements**:

- Licence to Perform High Risk Work
- Current C Class/HR Licence
- Minimum Cert III in Trade Certificate in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology /Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent)
- Sound Auto Electrical Knowledge
- Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status
- Full Australian Working Rights
- 3+ years of general earthwork machinery experience in servicing and repairs
- Experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic with a history of mobile plant experience, ideally experience working on heavy machinery or mobile plant
- Experience with CAT Dozers, Graders, Dump Trucks, Water Carts /Hitachi, CAT, Volvo, Komatsu and Doosan Excavators /Bomag Rollers/ Bobcat skid steer loader and Excavator
- A high level of diagnostic skill in electrical and hydraulic systems
