**Position**
As a Sales Manager, you will be located in Melbourne, VIC, running and managing people, and a sales team in water filtration industry. The role includes overseeing and supporting staff within your team, as well as key accounts in the area and you will be pushing training and sales tactics through the sales team as well as leading from the front.
**Who You Are**
- Atleast 3+ years experience in management
- 5+ years experience selling water filtration equipment, automation, and control technology.
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomously driven
- Able to thrive in a team atmosphere
