**About the role**

The **Products & Service Consultant** is a **full-time** position based in **Minto, NSW**. Reporting to the **Product & Service Team Leader**, this position focuses on delivering excellent customer service focusing solely on technical information for residential customers.

**In this role you will**:

- Meet service and SLA targets.
- Handle inbound calls, assess needs, and recommend products.
- Ensure quality interactions via monitoring and feedback.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Log interactions in CRM for efficiency.
- Stay updated on products through training.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Participate in training and workshops.
- Conduct outbound surveys and campaigns.

Your hours of work: Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm as per weekly roster.

**What you bring to the role**
- Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
- Customer service experience involving technical information is advantageous.
- CRM knowledge and a background in construction or building materials is a plus.
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
- Computer skills and a willingness to learn.
