The team at Mt Eliza House Sanctuary of Early Learning is growing and we need you Come and join a leading provider in Early Childhood Education at an amazing centre with a new management team.

We are a family owned centre that is part of a group of three centres under the same providers in the Mornington Peninsula, offering you a more personal approach to your working environment. Mt Eliza House is licensed for 123 children per day spread across 6 rooms and we are incredibly lucky to have amazing large tree-filled outdoor play spaces for the children to explore and discover the true meaning of childhood

At Mt Eliza House, we aim to create safe, loving and homelike spaces for children, enabling their exploration of identity. We have a solid team of skilled Early Years Educators who are responsive to the rights and needs of the children. As part of this well established team, you will be supported in all areas of professional development and be able to be involved in the Mt Eliza community that we have build such a strong relationship with.

You will find our children exploring regular Bush and Beach Kinder along with our Weekly Intergenerational Program where we have build such strong connections with a group of elderly residents. Spanish lessons, Art Classes, Sports programs and Hey Dee Ho are all featured in our weekly programs too.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with proven experience in a long day care or other early childhood education setting
- Current Working with Children's Check and police check (or willing to obtain)
- Current first aid certificates
- Current child protection training

This is a permanent full time position to be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.
