The Role

Graphic Design-
- Deliver graphics, sales collateral and pitch documents as required- High standards and design quality applied to a broad range of projects, ensuring consistency across marketing assets- Deliver consistency of branded collateral that positions us as a leader and reflects our brand personality- Thinking creatively and proactively to produce new ideas and concepts- Working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to work autonomously on projects- On time delivery of projects, sometimes with fast turnaround- Animation and interactive data visualisation. Visualisation of data, tools, products, and insights including infographics, video animation, etc- Film and edit videos ready for publishing and distribution- Advertising for print and online publications

Client Digital Marketing- Create digital content and collateral for use within Vendor, Agent/Office campaigns- Ensure brand consistency and understanding of client requirements through collaboration- Ensure deliverables are to a high quality and standard

Plezzel Marketing-
- Optimise and maintain website content and user experience- Be present at forums and business events to raise awareness of Plezzel's solutions- Staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor research

Customer Experience and Vision- Use data insights to make data driven decisions to drive maximum customer value-
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, design directions and approaches

Stakeholder Engagement & People- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders- Assist the team in completing deliverables and tasks by the end of the day- Maximise opportunities to promote Plezzel products and grow the brand

Job Qualifications:

- Essential
An undergraduate (or Comparable) qualification in Design, Communications, or relevant field.-
- Portfolio of content displaying your level of experience-
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, time manage and juggle multiple projects, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines-
- Have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere etc.)-
- Be creative & innovative with your ideas and execution-
- Have a strong understanding of typography, layouts, and digital design principles-
- Thrive working in a collaborative, close-knit team-
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude-
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language- Desirable- Previous experience in real estate (or comparable) industry in a similar role highly desirable-
- Strong data-driven thinking and the ability to analyse quantifiable metrics-
- Passionate about technology, with an analytical thought process-
- Paid digital advertising experience (ie. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google)-
