This household national brand in the landscape construction and maintenance services arena has landed a large number of projects, making this next Financial Year a very busy one

They have a strong presence throughout multiple Australian States and a great reputation for their quality and skilled workmanship.

Their high-profile projects are between $1m - $5m and include the landscape packages on subdivision developments, parks, playgrounds, hospitals, universities, schools etc. They also offer strong commercial landscape maintenance capabilities where they pick up lucrative commercial and government contracts throughout SEQ.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This rare and unique senior management opportunity will be an extremely pivotal role in the organisation and will shape the future of the NSW business.

You will oversee, mentor and motivate all senior members in the office/site including Project Managers, Estimators, Site Managers, Trades etc.

**DUTIES**
- Business development
- Tender and bid management
- Client liaison and management
- Project management
- Program and schedule works
- Finances, budgets and forecasts
- Procurement
- Train and mentor staff
- Recruitment and hiring

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (PREFERRED)
- 5+ years' minimum experience within a senior role
- Commercial landscape construction project experience AND/OR
- Commercial landscape maintenance contract experience
- Ambitious Construction Managers, Operations Managers, State Managers or Maintenance Managers please apply
- Drivers License
