**About the Role**
InCasa Aged Care and Community Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Aged Care Support Workerto join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, client-centred care to older adults in a community setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide respectful and sensitive assistance with personal care (e.g. bathing, grooming, dressing).
- Support clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Assist with community access and transport to appointments, activities, or outings.
- Deliver companionship and emotional support to reduce social isolation.
- Offer in-home respite care for carers and families when needed.
- Monitor and prompt clients with medications in accordance with care plans.
- Observe, document, and report any changes in client health, behaviour, or home environment.
- Ensure services are delivered in a culturally appropriate and inclusive manner, particularly for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
- 1 year of relevant experience in aged care, home care, or disability support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans and schedules
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities - especially in languages commonly spoken in the community
- Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
