**This position can be based at any of our GHD offices across Australia and New Zealand**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of QA & test professionals.
- Drive engagement with delivery teams while leading the adoption of automated testing and quality assurance excellence.
- Provide advice on test processes to minimise risks associated with releases between various staging environments and contribute to the creation of the standards when required.
- Coordinate the delivery of test project phases across projects with business and key stakeholders. Mentor direct reports and lead the team to continually improve test processes and tools. Automation of testing across all supported solutions will be a primary focus.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Have excellent technical and non-technical written and verbal communication skills.
- Mentoring team members.
- Have attained a technical tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation, software development, integration, and test methodologies.
- Understand how to properly document and create test plans, procedures, cases, and results.
- Inspire and work well with others. Strong time management and attention to detail.
**Experience and Qualifications**
- 3+ years solid experience in QA in an agile software development environment.
- Solid experience with automation tools such as Test Sigma, Selenium, Appium or other Automation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of QA concepts, test frameworks and automation tools.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in a CI/CD environment.
- Knowledge and experience in manual and automated testing Solid experience in conducting business analysis and QA (develop test strategy, test plan, and test result analysis)
