**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the daily co-ordination of warehouse shift operations
- Ensure all budgeting targets are adhered to
- Ensure all delivery vehicles are loaded as per Driver/Run requirements
- Provide continual guidance in mentoring and career development for staff
- Assist management and support all Stock Control, Replenishing and Supply Chain objectives

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience and understanding of warehouse and distribution functions
- Leadership skills with proven experience in people management
- Knowledge/Experience in a cold store environment
- Well developed interpersonal skills including being able to motivate others and create a positive team environment
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within expected deadlines
- Great problem solving ability
- Forklift licence is preferred (or willing to obtain one)
