**Are you a professional and personable Receptionist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Receptionist to join our Corporate Services team. You’ll be the first point of contact for Pensar, Binnies, and Projence visitors at our Head Office, delivering a warm welcome and supporting seamless office operations.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Greet and manage all visitors and incoming calls professionally and warmly
- Coordinate meeting rooms, couriers, mail, deliveries, and visitor sign-in
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, order supplies, and support office presentation
- Assist with basic admin tasks such as copying, binding, and uniform ordering

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with office systems
