About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a SAED Project Support Officer to join our growing company. You will be responsible to supports and assist in the overall coordination of project related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved and provide suggestions to improve efficiency and processes. The role supports the Project Delivery team in day-to-day project administration and is responsible for maintaining and administering project information.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Flexible Location - Melbourne/ Sydney / Brisbane / Adelaide

Reporting Line: SAED Project Manager/Project Director

Key Responsibilities- This role is responsible for:

- Support the project delivery team and coordinate the activities to completion within agreed milestones and budget
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings, prepare minutes and keep track of actions required by the customer
- Adopt a proactive and responsive customer service attitude to maintain good working relationships with clients.
- Support maintaining the internal database and customer database
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Keep track of project change requests and variations
- Provide reporting to the project team and also support with preparing reporting to the customer
- Assist with PO’s being released to SAED Vendors, and any information set up which Vendors need eg: NRS/MNIS data dumps, drawings etc.
- Support with financial reporting on the project
- Oversight of document control process and team folders to ensure key discipline information is stored correctly and in accordance with version control
- Supporting TPG/Optus HOP submission and tracking.
- Ad-hoc related duties as directed- This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience within a project environment
- Previous Wireless project experience is highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
- Working experience with IFS and relevant project systems
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus
- High level numerical analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
