An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SAED Manager to join our team in Melbourne

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated individual, keen to learn and deliver positive client and team outcomes

Key Tasks
- Manage all SAE requirements relating to the proposed installation or upgrade to the client guidelines
- Manage individual sites from design completion through to obtaining all required property approvals
- Achievement of allocated tasks within client KPIs
- Responsible for the end-to-end Coordination of SAED delivery across multiple projects
- Take responsibility for the quality of Site Acquisition outputs
- Ensure all site acquisition processes and procedures, both internal and external are in accordance with clients guidelines and the prevailing Federal and State legislation
- Support the wider SAED Group by contributing advice, recommendations
- Problem solving on complex acquisitions
- Support smooth transition between SAED and build teams

About you
- Experience in telecommunications property acquisition industry
- Relevant degree, diploma or certificate in an appropriate discipline
- Good understanding of Greenfield Site Acquisition processes as well as an understanding of the build of telecommunications facilities
- Strong communication skills, and an ability to find solutions to support the project delivery and team
