Our client, a large manufacturer in the Morwell area, has a current requirement for an experienced customer service officer, with good all round computer and office skills.

The role is to provide customers with innovative solutions, develop meaningful partnerships and be highly responsive to their needs.

The key tasks for this role will entail;
- Maintain up to date customer sales and market information using Sales Force
- Maximise cross selling over the total range of the company’s products
- Maintain a high accuracy rate when processing sales orders and quotations in accordance with the Domestic Pricing Policy
- Review and action open order reports daily
- Manage customer service issues / credits to resolution and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and regular feedback on customer and market information to the sales team and managers
- Report competitor information and activity promptly to the Account Manager, Market Development Manager, Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager.
- Participate in Stock Takes when required
- Assist in the review of customer pricing in conjunction with the Account Manager, MDM and / or Sales Manager
- Achieve DIFOT specified targets, invoices and sales order accuracy
- Achieve 100% of quote follow up
- Measurement to budget, cost recovery (Pallet/packaging, delivery), freight recovery, SLOB and forecast accuracy.
- Actively participate and promote the company’s vision for delivering customer service by meeting business KPI’s and objectives
