- We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and supportive Gippsland Service Access team. _
The Service Access Officer with Latrobe Community Health Service aims to provide information and intake support to clients who require support from LCHS to improve and maintain their health and/ or independence. Initial needs identification, risk assessment and client prioritisation are required to ensure the client within our communities is assisted with their goals. Support and advice is required to facilitate appropriate referrals to internal and external agencies as required.
**To be successful, you will require;**
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
