**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional finance broking services across residential, commercial, and business lending.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
- Negotiate lending terms and secure the most suitable finance options for clients.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, lender policies, and market trends.
**About You**
- Proven experience as a Finance Broker (or similar role in lending/finance).
- Certificate in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable.
- Strong understanding of lending products, credit policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
- Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred to support our diverse client base.
