**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head Chef to lead and manage the team effectively;
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, presentation, and satisfaction for our products and offers;
- Work closely with Managers to create, implement, and deliver a top-class dining experience that can compete with the growing market within the area;
- Provide exceptional food offers that are of high quality;
- Create a harmonious and energetic working environment for all team members;
- Work towards driving business with competitive food offers for our main dining outlet and function and event offers;
- Maintain flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business, including regular dining, functions, and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Food Authority QLD);
- Minimum 2 years experience leading and managing a team;
- Availability to work on a rotating roster including nights and weekends;
- Full working rights in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $40.16 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
