As the Principal Contracts and Vendor Management Officer you will organise and coordinate end-to-end ICT contracts to ensure that agency strategic outcomes and value for money are achieved, fulfilling the following accountabilities:
Oversee ICT contracts, including evaluating and reporting on the performance of each contract.
Be the primary contact for expert advice on whole of life ICT contract and vendor relationship management matters including contract variation, performance measurement and negotiating improvements to services.
Mentor, support, and act as the point of contact for the ITS team in the provision of measured and accurate advice on ICT contracts and vendor management.
