**The Opportunity**:
We seek an onsite Building Manager to join our RESIpm team to deliver exceptional service on two of our premium assets. Based at Parklands at Sherwood. This role is an onsite live-in position and will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day building management of a residential property.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with all key stakeholders of the property, and as such will need to be a strong communicator, and have a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships.

Additionally, you will assist the building manager across our asset located at the West End Site where required.

**Responsibilities**:
Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements.
Maintaining effective control of all costs and the smooth operation of the Property.
Perform maintenance duties as required.
Ensuring all guests, tenants, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner and expected services are provided.
Ensuring open and ongoing communication between all stakeholders of the Property (guests/tenants/owners/Body Corporate).
Ensuring the Business’s assets are managed to a high level of compliance, security and control.

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You will have a strong background in residential property building management.
Understanding of trades and services, and managing works. A qualification from a trade background will be highly regarded.
Maintain strong relationships with all body corporate residents and owners.
A high level of organisation, and being proactive in your work are crucial.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
An understanding of the current rental property legislation.
Excellent reporting and MS Office skills.
