An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. You will be an online brand representative, supporting our customers through all stages of the purchase lifecycle, both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer issues and provide proactive customer solutions
- Communicate with our customers in a clear, concise and positive tone
- Provide exceptional customer service in every situation
- Stay up to date and act on internal processes and policies for our stores

Also essential to the role
- Experience working either in an online or customer care environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Familiar with order management, ecommerce, and other retail technology platforms
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervised
