**The Opportunity**:
South Australia is at the forefront of the global transition to clean energy by leading the integration of renewables across the industry to support Australia’s pursuit of 100% net renewables by 2030.

We are seeking two SAP Support Analysts to act as a triage point for all SAP related problems raised through the Technology Service Desk and will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to resolve the identified problems in a timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a vital role in supporting ElectraNet’s business end users in their day-to-day use of SAP, including investigation and timely resolution of system incidents, problems and requests, whilst improving the consistent use of SAP and identifying business process issues for future configuration consideration.

**About You**:
To be successful in securing one of these Adelaide based roles, you will be an effective communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills and you will naturally display a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to the above you will also have;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dedicated SAP role, investigating and resolving SAP production problems in a technical business environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science or relevant discipline
- A general knowledge and experience of SAP S/4 Hana, especially FI/CO, PM, PS, MM, SD, SAP security, ABAP, SAP Basis, integration, workflow, and RFC.

Although not essential, it would be an added advantage if you have;
- Certifications in Service Management - ITIL.
- Certifications in Project Management Methodologies -Sparq, PMP, Agile, Waterfall.
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies, i.e., Sparq/PMP (PMBOK) or similar.
