Post under Communications Marketing - Marketing Assistant

$35 - $40 per hour plus super

Work closely with the Marketing and Executive team to develop marketing collateral & promote events
- **Consulting firm based in CBD area**:

- **2 month contract, potential to extend**:

- **Hybrid working | 4 days per week**

This role is part of the Marketing division and will support during a busy period assisting them with senior executive events and boardroom meetings. The Marketing and Events Executive will coordinate marketing events, business development activities, digital marketing campaigns and provide administrative support the organisation's marketing generally.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Manage Australian events program including digital promotion, invite and attendee management, planning and logistics
- Implement and track marketing campaigns, ensuring that activities, follow-up meetings are tracked in CRM
- Remain up-to-date with industry events, seminars, conferences and networking opportunities which will be fed into the events program. Including coordination of related sponsorships and industry association memberships.
- Developing promotional strategies for events
- On site or live support at events/event recordings
- Communicate and update stakeholders across events
- Prior experience in marketing/events
- Strong communication experience, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service experience
- Computer skills - MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
