**We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Home Care Support Workers to join our dynamic community team**

**What is involved in this role?**

We have a variety of casual day and evening shifts available, 7 days a week. You will be providing exceptional, person-centred care to enhance the lives of our elderly clients in the comfort of their home. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking, cleaning, transport services and social support / assistance for clients to engage in community activities.

**Location**: South of of the river, Fremantle
- Cert III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
- 6 months of experience
- Valid WA driver’s licence with comprehensive insurance
- National Police Clearance / NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid / CPR certificate
- COVID/Influenza vaccination
- Current Working with Children Check (we do accept a receipt)
- Current Manual Handling certificate
