With this learning, students are also taught to Shine with dignity and humility through their actions and demonstrate the honourable qualities of being honest, trustworthy, fair, compassionate and decent human beings.About the RoleAs the Deputy Principal you will: - Lead innovations to support improved educational outcomes for students in the middle school. - Lead the SET Planning process and transition for students into the Senior School. - Lead student management and wellbeing in the Middle School. - Strategically oversee the organisation of our Student Council and Interact association. - Lead and oversee the Whole School Awards Ceremony and Kedron Week organisation. - Lead the Middle School operational areas including but not limited to: - Student enrolment and student induction processes - Student leadership - Subject selection processes - Acknowledgment Awards ceremonies - Strategically lead the 'Kedron Connect' Project. The 'Kedron Connect' Project will focus on the review of our schoolwide systems and practices to foster student voice, student connectedness and belonging.
