**Personal Care Assistant PCA - City of Monash & City of Whitehorse**

**Hiring for Specific Clients with regular long visits: - Examples: -**

**1. Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm Visits - Young female client with Epilepsy in Donvale**

**2. 7 days roster - 8 Hour visits (24/7) client - Female high care client experience with Tracheostomy and or peg feeding is must.**

**3. Every second Day - 8am - 11am - Male client, supporting bowel care, in North Warrandyte**

**4. Monday to Saturday - 3 hours each day between 9am to 2pm - Female client with everyday living support in Blackburn.**

**5. Monday to Sunday - Multiple 3 hours visits (AM 8am to 11am, Afternoon 12pm to 3pm, PM 5:30pm to 8:30pm) Male client in Noble Park, Tracheostomy and or peg feeding experience is preferred.**

- Flexible hours

- A combination of 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr client visits

- I want to work in MONASH & WHITEHORSE LOCATIONS as this is close to my home and the travel will suit me
- I have the right to work in Australia
- I have a minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) *Well done, you or APRHA registration for nursing staff
- I have a National Police Check (Unsupervised)
- I have a Working with Children's Check
- I will travel independently and reliably to client’s visits
- I have excellent communication skills
- I have (or will) complete of NDIS training module (which can be completed post-interview)
- I have (or will) complete the NDIS Worker Screening clearance

We are looking to build our care team with various experienced careers who can work from 10 to 40 hours per week.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
