**Your new company**:
My client is a D&C construction company based on the North Shore. With a current turnover of $60M employing 25 staff with ambitious plans to grow the business in the next 3- 5 years.

They deliver new build and refurbishment projects ranging from $0.5M - $40M within the healthcare, education, industrial & retail sector.

**Your new role**:
Due to strategic growth, recent project wins, ongoing negotiated and repeat business, ACRWORLD are working in an exclusive partnership with HPAC to source a Foreman to join the team.

Working closely with your Site Manager you will be required to work on commercial projects valued usually ranging from $15M - $40M.

The role will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing, and managing all site personnel and implementing all site OH&S.

**For you to be successful**:

- Ideally, be trade qualified as Carpenter
- Must have a proven track record in delivering projects valued above $15M
- Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and systems experience
- Must have excellent supervision and rapport building skills
- Must have an excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
- Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
- Excellent Leadership skills
