The Role
Reporting to the Workforce Manager, this role is to assist with key recruitment tasks involving high-volume recruitment duties and projects within our Aged Care facilities, Home and Community Care, Disability, and Family and Community Services across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania division.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Book interviews for hiring managers
Initiate background checks, including reference checks, pre-employment medical, police checks and rights to work
Reporting, communication, and planning based on Project requirements
Communicate with the People Services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working as part of a recruitment team in either Aged Care, Hospitality or in a Bulk Resourcing function.
Excellent communication, and administration skills
Highly organised, and able to work well under pressure
