**Your role**:
As Manager your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including working collaboratively, within and across schools, settings, agencies and organisations to implement collaborative strategies to ensure the effective implementation of the department and regional priorities to support the engagement of all students.
- Leading and managing the Youth Support Coordinators and other teams and projects to improve engagement and achieve the department's strategic priorities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, providing high level liaison, negotiation and advice.
- Coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of business and operational plan activities relevant to the Metro Engagement Team.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
