**Your Role**

At Atlas Copco, we’ve been transforming industrial ideas into cutting-edge compressed air and gas solutions for over 150 years. Now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Product Manager** to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team in Blacktown. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

As the Service Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts, working closely with the National Sales & Marketing Manager. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- **Lead and Support**: Drive the development and support of our service sales team.
- **Strategic Insights**: Conduct data analysis and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- **Innovate**: Present technical and commercial ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

**To succeed, you will need**
- **Proven Experience**: Business or marketing qualifications, or a trade or engineering background, with several years of successful sales experience in a similar environment. Industrial sales and distributor management experience are highly desirable.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong communication, influence, and coaching abilities.
- **Organizational Excellence**: Exceptional organizational and self-discipline skills to achieve effective territory coverage and meet sales objectives.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS365, with experience in PowerBI and CRM being a plus.
- **Flexibility**: Availability for regular interstate travel and occasional overseas trips.
