**About the role**
The Table Games Quality Assurance Manager is a newly created position that will ideally suit a team member with exceptional understanding of Table Games departmental operational processes and ICM’s. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Table Games, you will support operational risk management strategies, validating compliance with all agreed processes, standard operating procedures, and rules. Optimisation and ongoing reviews of work-flow efficiencies to improve consistency and ensure accountability will also be a key responsibility of the role, and the ability to confidently communicate requirements and updates across all levels of work is essential.
Additional Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities are, but not limited to:
- Liaise with department leads to ensure all SOP’s, and training materials are adequate and aligned with business practices, Rules of the Game and ICM’s
- Work with all departments to maximise process improvement for tasks that cross departments
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify high risk operational practices and ensure adequate controls are documented in SOP’s and training materials
- Liaise with Group Compliance Manager on all requirements to ensure consistency
- Work closely with the gaming business units in the development of any additional procedures and policies
- Perform ad-hoc and scheduled reviews and audits to ensure operational adherence to policies and procedures
- Monitor & investigate non-conformances and breaches and provide recommendations
- Assist with departmental investigations to optimise asset, staff security & safety
- Liaise with Internal Audit department on any audits for assigned operational areas and assist departments with requirements / improvements
- Create and consistently complete a structured reporting programme back to senior management around the compliance to SOP’s, rules and processes
- Develop annual compliance and assurance plan, inclusive of appropriate reports

- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional understanding of Gaming processes

- Ability to work autonomously, with high attention to detail and a structured and methodical approach
- Demonstrated calm and profession disposition
