Supervisor - Food & Beverage Attendant

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our bustling bistro and café operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front-of-house staff and ensure efficient service delivery
- Serve food - ensure customers requests and orders are correct and fullfilled
- Supervise and operate cashier, conduct end-of-day balancing, take orders accurately, manage payments and process transactions efficiently
- Oversee bistro and café service, maintaining high-quality standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to optimise operations and enhance customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role or extensive experience within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in handling cash and managing financial transactions
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
