**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Kennel Attendant** to be part of our Dog Unit team. The position of kennel attendant provides maintenance and care of canines (from birth to 8 years of age) housed within the kennel complex. The Kennel Attendant provides a daily service to canines including the allocation of food/equipment, exercising, kennel cleaning/hygiene and ensuring the health/care of all Police canines comply with the requirements of the Department of Primary Industry and the guidelines and processes of the Dog Unit.

An opportunity to work as part of a small team responsible for the day to day management and welfare of the NSW Police Force canines.

Applicants must hold a current driver’s licence with no traffic offences recorded on their driving history within the last six (6) months or NSW Police Force Bronze Certification.
