We are expanding our team **in Penrith** and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated **independent Exercise Physiologist Contractor** to join us in making a positive impact in our community.

**In this role you will**:

- Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
- Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based exercise interventions within a complex support space.
- Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current registration with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active ABN.
