We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at MPower Physical Therapy in Penrith. Your Role

As part of our OT team, you will:

  • Deliver functional assessments, capacity-building interventions and home-based programs
  • Support clients with ADL retraining, assistive technology and environmental modifications
  • Work with diverse populations — NDIS participants, neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal clients
  • Collaborate with EPs, Physios and Dietitians to deliver holistic care
  • Communicate effectively with support coordinators, plan managers and families
  • Provide clear documentation and progress reporting aligned with NDIS and funding requirements
About You

You're a compassionate, adaptable OT who's passionate about improving independence and quality of life. You value flexibility, teamwork, and genuine client outcomes.

You'll need:

  • AHPRA registration as an OT
  • NDIS & WWCC clearances
  • Current First Aid + CPR
  • Driver's licence & vehicle
