Are you an experienced Payroll Manager seeking a challenging leadership role? Join RSL LifeCare as the Head of Payroll and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to the elderly and our veteran community. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to oversee and manage our payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing while complying with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.-
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary, wages, bonuses, and deductions.-
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including Fair Work Act and taxation laws.-
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate recording of payroll-related expenses and reporting.-
- Lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance, support, and training.-
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.We need you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) are highly desirable.-
- Proven experience (5+ years) in payroll management, preferably in a complex organizational environment.-
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation laws, and relevant regulations.-
- Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Kronos), as well as proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools.-
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues effectively.We can offer you:
