Let’s talk about the role

The inventory coordinator is permanent position based in Bella Vista. You will be working on Day Shift from 6AM to 2PM and reports to Warehouse Supervisor.Responsible for overall inventory control processes-
- To activate and execute daily cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy-
- Generate inventory accuracy metrics and perform root cause analysis.-
- Investigate and reconcile the stock variances. Work closely with 3PLs to drive the necessary corrective actions.-
- Coordinate and administration support to inventory team and assist in logistics matters.-
- Review and work closely with suppliers and internal customers to develop new procedure or improve existing process flow to ensure stock accuracy.-
- Work closely and build good rapport with internal teams from supply chain, production, warehouse.-
- Ensure zero production disruption and achieve 100% accuracy.-
- Ensure processes are compliant to systems and procedures.-
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned.Let’s talk about you-
Tertiary and/or trade qualifications with minimum 2 years of related inventory and/or warehouse management.-
- Detailed-oriented, team player and good interpersonal skills.-
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Word).-
- Forklift license is required.#LI-LC2
