The Commerce team is a specialist unit within the Nine Advertising Sales team. The team’s goal is to provide our Sales people with data and insights around pricing and inventory, in order to maximise advertising profit from our media assets.

We currently have a variety of Graduate/Entry-level Coordinator positions across the Yield & Inventory team. As a Coordinator in our team you will learn how to provide advice and guidance to our Sales teams, how to track and monitor live campaigns, implement inventory optimisation strategies, and generate reporting and analytics.

**Some of your day to day duties may include**:

- Providing support to the National Sales teams with a variety of duties, including approving requests for trading opportunities, assist with inventory optimisation, creating inventory placeholders, and providing guidance in processing bookings and campaign amendments
- Conducting daily monitoring and updating of inventory forecasting and availability
- Generating reporting and analytics
- Supporting the implementation of inventory management strategies
- Providing assistance and recommendations to the National Sales team on Network best practice
- Assisting the broader Commerce team with Ad-hoc requests as required

- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
