**Medical Records & Clinical Service Attendant - Icon Cancer Centre North Lakes**
- Permanent, Part Time Role, Thursday and Friday -Weekdays Only

- Varied role: Work across medical records and clinical service, 22 hours a fortnight (school hours).

Centre Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Location: 9 McLennan Court, North Lakes, QLD 4509

Working part-time at our Cancer Centre in North Lakes, you’ll join a truly connected and talented team who are passionate about delivering the best possible patient care.
- This hybrid role mixes patient facing customer service with back of house administration tasks: _**_The best of both worlds_**

- Organising, retrieval and distribution of medical records for inpatient hospital admissions
- Sorting and filing medical records in filing bays or compactus
- Maintaining the records registers
- Completing Audits of Medical Records
- Creating hard charts for clinics
- Ensuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basis
- Providing refreshments for patients
- Stock ordering and receiving

**What we hope you bring to the team**
- Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.
- Experience with Medicare DVA and Private Health.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and written.
- Ability to use computer systems - competence required in Word and Excel.
- Delivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients).
- Working autonomously, with a focus on compliance, repetitive tasks.
