As an Account Manager - TechOne Direct, you will be at the forefront of our vision, driving our growth across your account base.
As the primary contact for existing customers, you'll take a strategic view of a portfolio of accounts, owning customer relationships and ensuring they have a high level of satisfaction while driving new business sales across new and existing customers.
We set our Account Managers up for success. With a highly configurable suite of solutions and the support of established bid management, technical presales and marketing teams, you're equipped with the resources to succeed.
**What you'll be doing**
- Owning customer relationships and managing all activities across your portfolio of existing customers
- Developing and executing against a strategic account plan
- Understanding existing customer’s strategic objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by co-ordinating the activities of SDMs, BDMs, Support, Project Managers and Consulting Directors and following up to ensure issues have been resolved
- Achieving target revenue by generating product business leads, closing sales and increasing TechnologyOne’s coverage within the existing customer base
- Travel to the assigned region is expected up to two times per quarter or more regularly as required
**Your talents...**
- Proven sales experience preferably in B2B sales
- Understanding of Enterprise software or technology sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholder levels
- Complete understanding of customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and ability to form long term partnerships to leverage revenue
- Product knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
- Capable of working successfully within a fast paced environment, with a wide variety of stakeholders delivering an exceptional customer experience
