**Your Impact**:
You will be a leader in the team, facilitating maintenance activities, mitigating site hazards, and taking charge during emergency situations. You'll be a player coach behind the scenes mentoring teams, keeping our clients sites running smoothly and efficiently.

**What You'll Do**
Be the force driving our clients site access process, making sure each request is addressed promptly and efficiently. Dive into monthly compliance checks and showcase your knack for swift issue resolution, whether it's with landlords, supervisors, or contractors. Your collaboration with maintenance and customer contractors will revolutionise how they approach compliance and protocols. You will play a critical role in empowering customers and suppliers to utilise their Customer Portal seamlessly.

**Elevate Call Center**
You will take point within the call center team, ensuring each call is attended to following their guidelines and with a customer centric approach. Challenges are your playground, as you handle escalated calls with finesse. With your analytical prowess, you'll identify improvement opportunities and foster a rock-solid relationship with external call center partners and also with customers and third parties.

**Empowerment Through Resource Management**
You'll work alongside the theams Coordinators to orchestrate workflow, address issues, and ensure no site request goes unresolved. Collaborative excellence is key to this role and teams success. You will team up with various departments to elevate enagement and briing efficiency to maintenance, access, and engineering. Your resourceful leadership will shine as you guide and train new coordinators, enhance capability and drive culture.

- Deep Telecommunications experience with knowldege of Wireless Communications Infrastructure, compounds, Towers and Rooftops
