Operations Team Leader
- Southwest Sydney

A well known warehousing and distribution company are seeking x2 Operations Team leaders for both afternoon and night shifts for a company located in Southwest Sydney.

Within this Full-time permanent position, you will be spearheading a medium to large team, ensuring that all online orders are processed/packed properly, on time and with complete documents as a team leader.

Overview of role:

- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve potential issues and disputes relating to supply chain activities.
- Work closely and ensure good communications with other team members including the Warehouse operation team, customer services, and Local distribution.
- Finished Goods logistics coordination & system management.
- Answer and respond to general inquiries from suppliers, customers, or transportation companies professionally and courteously at all times
- Experience with inventory administration (desirable)
- Populate daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments.
