**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead shifts with confidence, keeping service standards high and the team motivated
- Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
- Ensure every product meets Yo-Chi’s quality and food safety standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to build skills and deliver great customer experiences
- Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements
- Drive sales, manage costs, and help the venue achieve its financial and performance targets

- Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR is a bonus)
- Full availability across Mon-Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts
