Experience in O365 administration, AD, Exchange admin center, Zoom, Remote Supports tools
Roster Shifts (7.30 AM- 4.00 PM or 8 AM to 4.30 PM or 9 AM to 5.30 PM)
Desirable experience administering Teams calling, Always on VPN and Intune.
ITIL foundation certification (Dealing Service Requests, Incidents tickets)
Local Council experience is an advantage
Working closely with IT Service Desk Team Leader and Support Staff
