We have a temporary part time position minimum 4 days per week came for service desk officer role. Immediate start and initial contract will be for 6 months with view to extend.
BAU support (In-person / off-site when required)
Experience in O365 administration, AD, Exchange admin center, Zoom, Remote Supports tools
Roster Shifts (7.30 AM- 4.00 PM or 8 AM to 4.30 PM or 9 AM to 5.30 PM)
Desirable experience administering Teams calling, Always on VPN and Intune.
ITIL foundation certification (Dealing Service Requests, Incidents tickets)
Local Council experience is an advantage
Working closely with IT Service Desk Team Leader and Support Staff
